Executive Director
Mass of the Ages is a traditional Catholic media company whose mission is to increase Latin Masses around the world. We accomplish our mission by training priests to learn the TLM and through our dedication to preserving and highlighting the role of tradition in our Catholic faith.
We are hiring an Executive Director to help us lead our mission.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide visionary leadership rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church, ensuring all initiatives reflect and advance the organization’s mission and values
- Lead and oversee all fundraising efforts, securing financial support from individuals, foundations, and corporations in alignment with the mission
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with donors, inviting them into the spiritual and charitable mission of the organization, with particular attention to major donors
- Partner closely with the Board of Directors to support governance, strategic planning, and faithful stewardship of resources
- Develop and implement comprehensive development and stewardship strategies that reflect Catholic principles of generosity, dignity, and the common good
- Provide regular updates to the Board and key stakeholders on organizational health, mission impact, and development progress
- Oversee the planning and execution of donor events, fundraising campaigns, and initiatives that reflect the organization’s spiritual and communal values
- Direct the creation and management of the annual budget, ensuring responsible stewardship and alignment with mission priorities
- Supervise and support staff, contractors, and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and mission-driven culture
- Work cross-functionally with staff and analysts to identify prospective donors and growth opportunities
- Ensure clear, consistent, and mission-centered communication with donors, partners, and the broader community
- Oversee CRM systems and data practices to support thoughtful, ethical engagement with donors and stakeholders
- Establish responsive and pastoral communication practices when addressing donor, partner, and staff inquiries
- Serve as a public representative and ambassador of the organization, articulating its mission in a way that inspires trust, generosity, and participation
- Stay informed on trends within both the nonprofit sector and the Catholic philanthropic community to guide strategy and growth
Qualifications:
- You must have zeal for the traditional Latin Mass
- You must be obedient to the magisterium of the Catholic Church
- You must be dedicated to personal prayer
- You must be embody our five core values: zeal, excellence, hustle, encourage(ment) and embracing conflict
